Bio

Bob Callahan is a Partner on the Business Improvement Team, having joined in 2008. For the last fourteen years with GIP, Mr. Callahan’s primary focus has been centered around process improvement and sourcing and capital efficiency programs. Prior to GIP, Mr. Callahan spent 20 years with ITT, GE and Sypris Solutions in a variety of engineering, commercial and operational leadership roles (Research Engineer, Process Engineer, Operations Manager, General Manager, Process Improvement Leader and Commercial Leader, Director of Supply Chain). Mr. Callahan holds an MBA from Ohio State University and a BS & MS in Engineering from Alfred University.
