Boris Wirtz joined the Gimv Smart Industries team in September 2018. Previously, he worked at Exact and KPN where he focused on corporate M&A and was responsible for a large number of transactions and strategic projects. Boris started his career at KPMG Corporate Finance as M&A consultant with a focus on the TMT sector. Boris holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the University of Tilburg (The Netherlands).
