David Mace is a Managing Director of GI Partners. He has investment responsibilities for, and currently serves on the boards of Sectigo, Single Digits, Flexential, and Far Niente Wine Estates. While at GI, Mr. Mace previously served on the boards of Duckhorn Wine Company, PC Helps, The Planet, The Telx Group, SoftLayer Technologies, and was a board advisor for ViaWest. Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Mace was with Palladium Equity Partners in New York and with J.H. Whitney in New York and San Francisco, where he served on the boards of Ariat International, Hard Dollar, and Physicians Surgical Care, and was a board advisor for Brooks Sports. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking at Bear, Stearns & Co. in New York. Education: M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School; B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College;
