Agnes Krygier is a Principal, Portfolio Operations of GI Partners. Ms. Krygier currently serves on the board of Sectigo. Prior to joining GI Partners, she was a Director at Marlin Operations, where she was driving top-line growth and profitability improvement across their portfolio of companies. Prior to Marlin Operations, Agnes was part of Cerberus Capital Management, where she focused on large scale corporate transformation. Ms. Krygier was a founding member of McKinsey & Co’s RTS practice in Europe and Middle East. Earlier in her career, she worked as an investment banker focused on restructuring and M&A at Goldman Sachs and Houlihan Lokey.
