Bio

Ellen joined Gemini in 2006. Ellen manages all aspects of fund and limited partner accounting as well as SBA reporting and administration. Prior to joining Gemini, Ellen was the Chief Financial Officer at Eastward Capital Partners, a venture debt fund. Ellen also spent nine years in the banking industry, holding positions in the tax, accounting and SEC areas. Her career began at KPMG where she focused on financial services for both public and privately held companies. A Certified Public Accountant, Ellen received her B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
