Tom co-founded Gauge Capital and leads the firm’s business and consumer services vertical. Previously, Tom spent over 25 years leading, advising and investing in high growth enterprises. Most recently, he was with Symphony Technology Group, a leading private equity firm focused on technology and services investments, and led one of their portfolio companies through a highly successful turnaround and exit. Tom began his career at KPMG, where he spent 16 years and served as Managing Partner for Banking, Insurance & Investment Services and subsequently Technology, Communications & Media advisory businesses. Tom currently serves on the boards of Infosoft, Teachers of Tomorrow, eDynamic Learning, TVC Pro-Driver, irth Solutions, Schlesinger Group, and Concept3D, and formerly served as a Director for several other companies. Tom received his BS and MS in accounting at Oklahoma State University and completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
