Bio

Brian, a General Partner, joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2003. He currently serves on the boards of Orthotic Holdings, Leiters, Matrix Medical Network, and AppianRx. He has also been involved in Frazier’s investments in Bravo Health (acquired by Health Spring), CHG Healthcare Services (acquired by J.W. Childs Associates), Pentec Health (acquired by NEP), Priority Solutions (acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific), TridentUSA (acquired by Formation Capital), Informed Medical Communications (acquired by GP Strategies), and Correct Care Solutions (Acquired by H.I.G. Private Equity), The CORE Institute (acquired by Audax Group and Linden Capital Partners), and MedData. In addition, Brian leads the Growth Buyout team’s debt capital markets activities. Prior to joining Frazier, Brian worked at Summit Partners, a growth equity firm. While at Summit, he focused on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in the healthcare, technology, and industrial sectors. Brian earned his BS and MS from Stanford University, where he was also a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
