Ben joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2006. He represents Frazier on the boards of CSafe Global, CPS Solutions, Matrix Medical Network, SunMed, and United Derm Partners. Ben has been responsible for Frazier’s successful investments in Ascension Orthopedics (acquired by Integra Lifesciences NASDAQ: IART), DSI Renal (merged with U.S. Renal Care and ultimately acquired by Bain Capital), Golden State Medical Supply (acquired by Court Square Capital Partners), Laboratory Supply Company (acquired by McKesson NYSE: MCK), Northfield Medical (acquired by Agiliti, Inc.) and Parata Systems (acquired by BD NYSE: BDX). Prior to Frazier, Ben was at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP), focusing on investing in the healthcare sector. Before joining MSCP, he was at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking division, covering the healthcare industry. Earlier, he spent time at Arthur Andersen. Ben is also an Advisor for American Corporate Partners, a nationwide mentoring program dedicated to helping veterans transition to the private sector. Ben received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and his BBA in Finance and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame.
