Anne E. Gold, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel, joined First Reserve in 2005. In addition to advising on legal issues involving First Reserve and its funds, Ms. Gold has overall responsibility for compliance functions. Prior to joining First Reserve, she was a Partner in the Transactions Practice Group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP where she worked for almost 20 years, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions. Ms. Gold holds a B.A. from Cornell University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.
