Bio

Ms. Chang joined us in 2008, and is a Managing Director of the firm and the General Counsel of Farallon Capital Europe LLP. Previously, Ms. Chang worked as counsel in the Merchant Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in London and as a mergers and acquisitions associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in London. Ms. Chang graduated from Harvard Law School with a J.D. and from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Biology.
