Dan Cleary as an operating partner-led Evolve’s Filling Machines & Systems investment through the integration of a complementary acquisition, a continuation of its organic growth, and ultimately achieving a realization/sale transaction. Previous private equity engagements include acting as CEO of both a $100MM leader in manufacturing heat transfer components and equipment for refrigeration applications in food service, food retail, and non-consumable markets and a $40MM worldwide leader in the manufacturing of electromagnetic components and high-grade thermoset plastic parts. Dan Cleary served as Managing Director of Deephaven Capital Management, a $4B multi-strategy hedge fund with locations worldwide.
