Brett D. Knowles, CFA is a Vice President of EnCap Flatrock Midstream. Mr. Knowles supports all finance, administrative and accounting functions of EFM’s funds and portfolio companies. Prior to joining EnCap Flatrock Midstream in 2013, Mr. Knowles was an investment banking analyst at Barclays in Houston, where he focused primarily on public capital raises and M&A advisory work within the energy industry. Mr. Knowles graduated summa cum laude from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University with an M.S. in Finance and a B.B.A. in Accounting. Mr. Knowles is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Society of Houston, a member of Young Professionals in Energy and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board at Mays Business School. He currently serves on the board of directors of several EFM portfolio companies including Aspen Midstream, Cardinal Midstream III, Edgewater Midstream and Rangeland Energy III.
