Bio

Duncan Bagshaw is Co-founder and General Counsel of Eldridge. Mr. Bagshaw currently serves on the Board of Directors of CBAM and is actively involved in other Eldridge businesses. Before joining Eldridge, Mr. Bagshaw served as a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners where he led a legal team focusing on deal negotiation, structuring, and special-situations analysis for the investment management business. He earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Cornell University and his J.D. from Villanova School of Law.
