Bio

Ms. Litton is a Senior Vice President and the Chief Human Resources Officer at EIG. Prior to joining EIG, she was a Director at TPG Global and also held a variety of roles over a 24-year career at Ernst & Young/Capgemini, including human resources, talent development, operations, marketing, and communications. Ms. Litton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of California at Davis, and is a certified organizational change management consultant.
