Dan Grosh is an Operating Partner, Human Capital at Diversis. He focuses on talent strategy, enhancing leadership teams and special projects for Diversis and the firm’s portfolio. Dan has played a significant role at Calibre One. He served on the global operating committee with responsibility for management, vitality and scale of the US Operations, while driving record revenue growth during his tenure. Previously, Dan was the Technology Practice Leader - Americas Region for Boyden, one of the largest retained executive search firms in the world. Dan holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BA in Communications from the University of Minnesota.
