Caroline joined Crosslink in 2018 and focuses on venture investments in enterprise software, financial technology, and logistics.Prior to Crosslink, Caroline worked in analytics at Lyft, supporting operational and strategic initiatives for the company’s fleet strategy. She previously worked in management consulting at The Parthenon Group and Parthenon-EY, focusing on private equity and corporate clients in the technology and diversified industrial sectors.Caroline lives in San Francisco, which provides easy access to all of the moderately risky activities she enjoys, including biking, skiing, and backpacking, or sometimes a creative combination of the three. She is also a very amateur improv comedy student and aspirational reclaimed wood furniture maker
