Vicky joined Crescent as a Managing Director in 2019 in the investor relations department, to cover institutional investors for the firm in Greater China and the UK. Before Crescent, Vicky spent 9 years with a global placement agent, First Avenue, as the Head of Greater China and Managing Director. She was focused on Capital Raising/Business Development for Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt and Infrastructure managers in the UK and Greater China regions. She Raised approx. $2bn for a range of managers over recent years, building on an extensive network and strong relationships in the institutional marketplace, especially in the insurance, sovereign wealth funds, consultants, and corporate pension communities in the UK, Mainland China, Taiwan & Hong Kong. Vicky is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales and has previously worked at Linklaters and Norton Rose. She was awarded her honours’ degree in Law by Zhong Nan University of Economics and Law in China; and was awarded her master’s degree by the University of Manchester, UK. Vicky speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka (Kejia) and English.
