Prior to joining Creador, Pau Min was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Kuala Lumpur where he spent 9 years in management consulting. Pau Min brings with him a range of strategic and operational expertise, having led execution teams and advised clients across Southeast Asia, primarily in industrial goods, financial services and the public sector. Pau Min holds an MBA from Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley and completed his undergraduate studies at University of Cambridge, graduating with first class honours in Master of Engineering (Electrical & Information Sciences).
