Prior to joining Creador, Deepa held over 23 years corporate HR experience in various multinational organisations covering both local and regional HR leadership roles at Maxis, ABN AMRO Bank, DHL Express and Roche Pharmaceuticals. Besides the multi-industry experience, she holds a degree in Psychology from Macquarie University, Sydney and a HR certification from Malaysian Institute of HR Management.
