Bio

Mr. Vyas joined Court Square in 2017. Prior to Court Square, Mr. Vyas focused on private equity investments as a Principal at Apax Partners, which he joined in 2005. Previously, he worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Lazard. Mr. Vyas received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Vyas is currently a director of Drew Marine, Offen Petroleum, RailPros, and Veregy.
