Bio

Mr. McWilliams joined the firm in 1983. Prior to Court Square, Mr. McWilliams was President of Shelter Resources Corporation, a publicly listed holding company with interests in manufactured housing and consumer products markets. Earlier, he spent 10 years at Citibank, initially as a lending officer and then as the officer in charge of Citi’s leveraged tax leasing business. Mr. McWilliams received his A.B. from Brown University and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. McWilliams serves on the board of the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation, Thomas W. Smith Foundation and The Watch Hill Conservancy.
