Mr. Schmidt joined the firm in 2017 after working in the Leveraged Finance investment banking group at Deutsche Bank in New York. Mr. Schmidt received a B.B.A. in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Schmidt serves on the boards of Connatix and Health Union. He previously served on the board of System1.
