Bio

Ms. Praschnik is a Principal of Corsair Infrastructure. She joined Corsair in 2015 and is based in New York. She serves as a Director of Corsair platform companies Vantage Airport Group and Itínere Infraestructuras, and also serves on the Audit Committees of Vantage Airport Group and Itínere Infraestructuras. Prior to joining Corsair, Ms. Praschnik served as an investment professional in Citigroup’s Alternative Investments division, where she worked on a US $3.4 billion infrastructure fund raise for Citi Infrastructure Partners and a variety of transactions in the transportation sector. Prior to that, Ms. Praschnik was with MBIA, working in its Global Infrastructure Finance Group and its International Division, where she held positions in France, the U.K. and the U.S. focusing on global project finance, structured finance and public finance. Ms. Praschnik holds a B.A. in Economics from Manhattanville College.
