Tim is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments for Comvest’s direct lending strategy. Prior to joining Comvest, Tim worked at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in the Leveraged Finance group where he specialized in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions and debt financings. Tim received a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University.
