Bio

Cecilio is Chief Financial Officer and a Partner of the Firm. He directs financial and compliance matters for Comvest Partners and serves as a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee, Operating Committee, and its Investment Committees. Prior to joining Comvest, Cecilio served in senior finance roles in banking, healthcare, real estate, aviation services, and venture capital. He began his career in the audit department of Deloitte & Touche. Cecilio received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Florida International University.
