Bio

Mr. Hu is Head of CLSA Capital Partners, the global alternative investment platform of CITIC Securities. He joined CITIC Securities in May 2014, and served in its onshore alternative investment platform Goldstone Investment Co., Ltd, as Deputy General Manager and Member of Investment Committee, and heads CITIC M&A Fund, the flagship PE fund of CITIC Securities. Mr. Hu brings c. 20 years of investment experience, and has led and closed numerous private equity deals in healthcare, TMT, and high-end manufacturing sectors, and is equipped with rich knowledge in private equity and corporate leadership. Prior to joining CITIC Securities, Mr. Hu served as Head of Investment Division II and Member of Investment Committee in CDB Capital.
