Billy joined Centerbridge in 2006 and leads the Firm’s global real estate investing activities. He also serves as a member of the Firm’s Management Committee. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Billy was a member of the Real Estate Private Equity Group at The Blackstone Group L.P., where he completed investments in lodging businesses and real assets. Billy serves on the Board of Directors of Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. (and affiliated entities), Merit Hill Capital, Brixmor Property Group, Inc. and Digital Landscape Group, Inc. He is also the Chair of the Board of Trustees of East Harlem Tutorial Program and East Harlem Scholars Academies.
