Astha joined Centerbridge in 2018, after working as a summer fellow with the Firm through the Environmental Defense Fund Climate Corps program during the summer of 2017, and subsequently as the Firm’s Energy and Environment fellow from 2017-2018 while attending graduate school at Columbia University. She focuses on the Firm’s portfolio operating and Environmental, Social and Governance efforts. Prior to graduate school, Astha was a Consultant with the apex policy and planning body of the Indian federal government, focusing on energy and climate change policy formulation and appraisal. Astha started her career with Google India, in advertiser portfolio analytics and operations.
