Mr. Strum joined CD&R in 2003 and plays a key role in the Firm’s investments in agilon health, Carestream Dental, Cynosure, Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare, and SmileDirectClub, as he did for CD&R’s prior investments in AssuraMed, Envision Healthcare, PharMEDium, and VWR International. Previously, he worked in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley and at York Capital Management, a multi-strategy investment firm. Mr. Strum has an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and B.A., economics, from Emory University.
