Mr. Eassa joined Carousel Capital in 2019. Previously, Mr. Eassa worked at EJF Capital in Arlington, Virginia where he served as Director of the firm’s Private Equity funds. Prior to joining EJF, Mr. Eassa was an Associate Vice President at The Carlyle Group in Washington, DC covering operational matters of several of Carlyle’s Real Estate and Natural Resources funds. Mr. Eassa began his career at Ernst & Young as part of the Assurance & Advisory practice in the Mid-Atlantic. Mr. Eassa received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Siena College in Loudonville, New York and received a Master of Business Administration from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York.
