Bio

Deirdre is a Vice President and Legal Counsel. Prior to joining Capital Dynamics, she was an associate at Sidley Austin LLP and Akin Gump LLP, both in London, where she focused on the establishment, operation and organization of private investment funds, with a particular emphasis on advising hedge funds, venture capital funds and private equity funds in a variety of jurisdictions, both onshore and offshore. She also has prior in-house experience at Man Group on the Product Legal team of Man GLG. Deirdre is a qualified solicitor admitted to the roll of solicitors in Ireland (non-practicing), England and Wales. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and Accounting and a master’s degree in International Commercial Law, both from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
