Bio

Carolyn is a Senior Managing Director on the Business Development team. She is a member of our Responsible Investment ("RI") Committee and also a member of our RI Committee – Truly Invested® in our Clients. She has 20 years of private equity investing experience. Prior to joining Capital Dynamics, Carolyn was the senior investment manager for non-equities with the West Midlands Metropolitan Authorities Pension Fund where she headed the team responsible for private equity, infrastructure, property, emerging market debt, commodities, active currency and fixed interest. Previously, she worked as a senior accountant for Wolverhampton City Council where she was responsible for debt structuring, financing, investment and the consolidation of accounts. Carolyn holds an MBA from the University of Wolverhampton.
