Bio

Caroline joined Bregal in October 2018 as Director, Capital Development – Europe. She is focused on the firm’s European. Prior to joining Bregal, Caroline spent seven years with GI Partners, a middle market buyout and real estate investment firm in San Francisco, most recently as Principal of Investor Relations. Earlier in her career, Caroline worked in investment banking and equity capital markets at Jefferies & Company. Caroline holds an M.B.A from the NYU Stern School of Business and an A.B. from Brown University.
