Bio

Bo Sutton is a Director on Bow River Capital’s Private Equity team. In this role, Bo is responsible for originating, structuring and leading buyout and recapitalization transactions, as well as portfolio management. Bo currently serves on the board of directors of Kivu Consulting and is chairman of the board of directors for Ocean Tomo. Previously, he served on the boards of directors of RailPros, Nuclear Care Partners, AUC Group and Kobelt Manufacturing. Prior to joining Bow River Capital, Bo worked at Mariner Real Estate Management, an opportunistic real estate private equity firm. At Mariner, he helped originate, underwrite and structure investments ranging from distressed real estate debt pools to commercial mortgage-backed securities. Bo holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and a B.S. in International Business, both from the University of Colorado. He is also a CFA Charterholder. Bo is a member of the board of directors for the Young Americans Center for Financial Education.
