Bio

Derek Locke is an Operating Director in the Portfolio Support Group at Berkshire Partners. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2020, Derek was Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at CSG, and previously was a Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group. Earlier in his career, he also held roles at Sprint and Andersen Consulting. Derek received a B.S. from the University of Kansas, and an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
