Caitlin Peters is a Vice President of Operations at Berkshire Partners. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2020, Caitlin held a variety of operations and project management roles at Ropes & Gray LLP, most recently as a Senior Manager of Business Operations. Caitlin earned a B.A. from Union College and an M.S. in Library & Information Science from Simmons University.
