Mr. Kleidman serves as General Counsel. Mr. Kleidman has over 30 years of experience as an M&A and corporate securities attorney both as a partner at several law firms as well as a partner and in-house counsel at several private equity funds, investment banks, and hedge funds. Mr. Kleidman’s law firm experience includes being a partner at Shea & Gould, Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp, and Ritholz Levy & Fields, and his in-house experience at financial firms includes being a partner at the private equity fund ComVest Partners and at the investment banks of Commonwealth Associates and Barrington Capital Group. Carl received his J.D. from Cornell University and a B.S. degree in Accounting & Finance from Syracuse University School of Management.
