Alexis joined BC Partners in May 2021. Previously, Alexis worked at Citigroup, where he was a Managing Director and Head of the Financial Sponsors Group for EMEA. Alexis brings over two decades of investment banking experience having spent the first decade of his career as an M&A practitioner advising across a broad range of industries and geographies and latterly advising private equity firms, sovereign-wealth funds, pension funds and family office clients across a broad range of M&A and capital markets transactions. Prior to Citigroup, Alexis held leadership positions at HSBC, where he was Global Head of the Financial Sponsors Group and Deutsche Bank. Alexis holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and is a qualified Chartered Accountant by the ICAEW.
