Bio

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Yuji was COO and head of investment Division at Japan Industrial Solutions where he led many investments and post-acquisition processes in various industries in Japan. Previously, he was a senior partner at Advantage Partners where he led management and leveraged buyout deals, and he spent several years as a partner at A.T. Kearney and a manager at McKinsey on developing growth strategies, operational improvement, and M&A/alliance execution in industrial goods, consumer goods, retail and financial industries. Mr. Takei received an MBA from Harvard Business School. He received a BA in Law from University in Tokyo.
