Bio

Dr. Megaw joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 2007. He is a Managing Director and a member of the Portfolio Group for Europe Private Equity. Since joining, Dr. Megaw has worked on investments in technology, financial and business services, healthcare, industrials and retail. He has deep experience in business transformation and carve outs. Prior to joining Bain Capital Private Equity, Dr. Megaw was a Partner at Bain & Company where he consulted to a range of retail, consumer and industrial businesses on strategy and performance improvement in Europe and South Africa. Dr. Megaw holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge in Development Economics. He also holds an MA in Geography from the University of Cambridge.
