Bio

Mr. Busch joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 2016. He is a Managing Director in the Portfolio Group and a member of the European Private Equity team. Prior to joining Bain Capital Private Equity, Mr. Busch was the CEO of DHL Parcel Europe, one of the fastest growing units in Deutsche Post DHL globally with approx. 5 bn EUR in revenue and 60,000 employees. His previous roles at DHL included Head of Marketing and subsequently CEO of the German parcel network. Prior to joining DHL, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company for a variety of blue chip companies in the automotive and logistics sectors. Mr. Busch obtained a Doctorate in Law from the University of Würzburg, Germany.
