Bio

Alex Yu is a Partner at Avista Capital Partners. Mr. Yu joined Avista Capital Partners in 2017. Prior to joining Avista, Mr. Yu worked in the Private Equity Group at Goldman Sachs. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he worked as an Associate at Fenway Partners and as an Analyst in the Technology Group at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital. Mr. Yu received a B.A. from Northwestern University and a M.B.A. with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He currently serves as a Director of Vision Healthcare and XIFIN and previously served as a Director of Acino International, Arcadia Consumer Healthcare, Inform Diagnostics and Trimb Healthcare.
