Yoni Sassoon is the Vice President of Finance and Controller of Avante Capital Partners. Based in Los Angeles, he supports the firm’s administration, reporting, and accounting. Mr. Sassoon has 8+ years of private equity experience. Prior to joining Avante, he was VP of Finance and Controller at OpenGate Capital where he was responsible for managing fund administration, reporting, and management company operations. Prior to joining OpenGate Capital, Yoni was a Fund Controller at Standish Management where he worked with a variety of private equity and venture capital clients. During his time at Standish, Yoni advised on fund accounting, reporting, compliance, and management company operations. Mr. Sassoon holds a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis. Yoni lives in Marina Del Rey with his wife, son, and puppy and enjoys hiking and camping.
