Bio

Young is currently a Managing Director for Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Since joining Audax in 2000, Young has invested in more than 40 Audax platform companies. Young primarily focuses on medical devices and products, business services, distribution, and industrial technology. Prior to joining Audax, Young was with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Additionally, Young is a member of the Trustee Advisory Board at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and the Board of Overseers for the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra. Young is also actively involved with Harvard University, currently serving as a Vice Chair for the Harvard College Fund Executive Committee. Young received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. cum laude from Harvard College.
