Bio

Dan is a Managing Director and the Chief Administrative and Legal Officer for Audax Group. Prior to joining Audax in 2006, Dan was an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP where he represented corporate and institutional clients on a variety of matters. Prior to Ropes & Gray, Dan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark L. Wolf, United States District Judge for the District of Massachusetts. Dan received a J.D., summa cum laude, from Boston College Law School and an A.B., magna cum laude, in History from Dartmouth College. Outside of Audax, Dan serves on the board of an organization that advocates for the creation of an international anti-corruption court. He is also a trustee of an organization that provides housing and health care for seniors, research into aging, and education for geriatric care providers.
