Alicia is a Vice President for Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2019, Alicia worked for Webster Equity Partners investing in branded consumer and healthcare services. Prior to that, Alicia worked at LaSalle Capital Group, a lower middle market private equity firm, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, doing Retail & Consumer Investment Banking. Alicia received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and both a B.A. and B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
