Duane co-heads the investment team and is responsible for managing existing portfolio company investments through value creation to exit. This includes working closely with ARC's portfolio companies on corporate strategy, asset capture, risk management, strategy execution and financial matters. He is also actively involved in the origination of new investment opportunities. Duane is a member of ARC's Executive Committee and currently represents ARC on the boards of Convergent Oil Corp. and Longshore Resources Ltd.Duane joined ARC in 2007 with prior experience at a global investment bank. He has a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management, a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Saskatchewan and is an Institute of Corporate Directors Certified Director.
