Bio

Bill is focused on ARC’s existing portfolio of investments. He works closely with portfolio companies as an advisor on corporate strategy, opportunity development, optimization and exit. Bill currently represents ARC on the boards of Deltastream Energy Corporation and Lifting Solutions Energy Services Inc.Bill joined ARC in 1993 with prior experience as a production engineer and as an economic analyst at two major international energy companies. He has a Master of Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from Queen’s University. Bill is a Professional Engineer and an Institute of Corporate Directors Certified Director.
