Bio

Mr. Mills is a Partner at Apollo, having joined in 2012. Previously, he was employed by Rio Tinto in London as a General Manager where he worked with senior management to develop the group’s strategy and execute M&A transactions. Mr. Mills worked at Bechtel Enterprises, which is the private equity and advisory services arm of the Bechtel Group of companies. He has a broad range of experience in Energy, Mining and Metals and Infrastructure investments. Prior to joining Bechtel, Mr. Mills was employed at Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical and before this, he worked for Chevron. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with his LLB in 1994 and from the University of Calgary with his BComm in 1989. He is a member of the California Bar.
