Mr. Pickens joined Apollo in 2018 and serves as Managing Director, Data & Advanced Analytics within the Apollo Portfolio Performance Solutions team. Immediately preceding Apollo, Mr. Pickens served in Business Operations & Strategy at Palantir Technologies, leading digital transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients, primarily in the logistics and pharmaceuticals industries. Previously, from 2012 until the company’s sale in 2016, he was CEO and Co-founder of Jamplify, a New York-based data analytics software company focused on the ticketing industry. Mr. Pickens started his career at Goldman Sachs in the Emerging Markets group of the Securities division. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
